Office Support Specialist, Full-Time
Key duties: Complete data entry for client, volunteer, and stakeholder databases, organize stakeholder recognition, complete volunteer schedules, assist with reports, plan and organize special events, schedule and coordinate social media communication. The specialist will be cross-trained for additional duties to support the mission of the pantry. Tasks will include preparing food baskets and checking in clients.
Requirements: High School graduate or equivalent, 2 or 4-year degree preferred. Previous non-profit, volunteer, food services, social media and/or records management experience desirable. Compensation based on qualifications and experience.
Services Supervisor, Full-Time
Key duties: Coordinate pantry services and records storage; work directly with food basket recipients including screening for eligibility and delivery of food; support volunteers including recruitment, scheduling, retention, and training; support social media presence. Able to work independently and with a team and be able to lift at least 20 lbs. and 40 lbs. occasionally. The supervisor position requires physical endurance.
Requirements: High School graduate or equivalent, 2 or 4-year degree preferred. Previous non-profit, volunteer, food services, social media and/or records management experience desirable. Compensation based on qualifications and experience. Full-time position offers a portion of single health insurance paid by pantry. Includes paid holidays and Paid Time Off.
The majority of the work schedule will be Monday through Friday daytime hours. Hours may include one to two evenings each month, and a weekend shift approximately four times each year.
Pantry Assistants, Part-Time
Key duties: Prepare food carts, pre-pack food bags, support volunteers, customer service, and complete special projects. The assistant will be cross-trained for additional duties to support the mission of the pantry.
Requirements: High School graduate or equivalent, 2 or 4-year degree preferred. Previous non-profit, volunteer, or food services experience desirable. Compensation based on qualifications and experience.
